The CSS Foundations Studies Course is normally offered once every year, subject to sufficient enrollment, from October to June or July. Completion of this course (or the Distance Studies Course) is a prerequisite for attending the regular practitioners group and Center retreats.
This course is taught by a Center teacher, and it meets once a week most weeks. The course will introduce you to fundamental teachings and practices of all the major mystical traditions. The course curriculum includes instruction in spiritual practices such as meditation and precepts and reading Joel's book The Way of Selflessness.
